Required Experience & Expertise
- PhD, or equivalent in neuroscience, neuroengineering, or related life sciences field
- 10+ years of management experience in the life science tools and platform industry or pharma
- Proven track record of advancing neuroscience platforms or models with translational impact
- Deep expertise in CNS and PNS disorders
- Experience with brain organoids, neural interfacing, or computational neurobiology preferred
- Strong understanding of pharma R&D workflows and translational challenges
