We are seeking a Security Officer responsible for providing a safe and secure environment for hospital patients, visitors, and employees. The role involves interfacing with visitors, staff, physicians, patients, and family members.

Requirements :

• Six (6) months of hospital experience or experience in Security / Safety, Fire, Police, Military Police, Ambulance / EMT, or a similar occupation. One (1) year of college may substitute for experience.
• Complete knowledge and application of Security, Safety, or Law Enforcement techniques and procedures.
• Excellent public relations and customer service skills, with good written and oral communication skills.
• Possession of Management of Aggressive Behavior (MOAB) Certification or successful completion of the MOAB Certification course within three months of employment.
• Successful completion of BLS-Healthcare Provider Certification course, offered by the organization, upon hire.
• Valid Driver's License (new Georgia residents must obtain a valid Georgia Driver's License within 90 days of hire).
