Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct grading operations and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Manage and train grading crew members, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers to ensure project timelines and scopes are met.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor work progress and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain equipment and recommend repairs or replacements as necessary.
• Ensure materials are available on-site and manage inventory levels effectively.
• Prepare daily reports on project progress, challenges faced, and resolutions implemented.
