Under the direction of the Dean of the College of the Arts, the Marketing Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, project management, and marketing support to advance the mission and strategic goals of the college. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic arts environment. The Marketing Coordinator oversees marketing initiatives including the college newsletter and print material, coordinated event logistics from planning through execution, and promotes the college's programs, events, and achievements while ensuring efficient operations and professional communication. This position is funded through June 30, 2027, and is contingent upon funding thereafter. POSITION DETAILS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS : Full-time overtime-exempt staff position. Annual salary of $45,000-$49,000 depending on qualifications and experience. Desired start date of November / December 2025, end date of June 30, 2027, and is contingent upon funding thereafter.
