Hillel International, the largest Jewish campus organization in the world, is seeking a Vice President, Finance to help shape the future of its work. This is an opportunity for a seasoned finance executive who has driven transformative change across both commercial and nonprofit environments and is ready to bring that same impact here.

Partnering with the CFO, the Vice President, Finance will oversee all aspects of finance including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, audit, risk, tax, and investments. The role includes stewardship of a complex, multi-million-dollar operating budget with diversified funding streams and leadership of a finance team with 34 direct reports. This position is hybrid, based in Washington, DC.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-level analysis, reporting, and strategic guidance to senior leadership and the Board.
• Ensure financial systems and controls are efficient, effective, and forward-looking.
• Lead and modernize budgeting, reporting, and financial processes to reflect best practices.
• Build, mentor, and strengthen a high-performing finance team.
• Drive innovation by leveraging new financial technologies and tools.
• Play a key role in strategic and operational planning, ensuring financial decisions align with organizational goals.
• Present financial insights to donors and funders, demonstrating transparency and building trust in the organization's stewardship of resources.
