Solution Architect (Los Angeles)

As a Solution Architect for IT Infrastructure, the candidate will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and automated infrastructure solutions. They'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions and be a key player in integrating AI-driven capabilities and automation frameworks to modernize the infrastructure landscape, enhance observability, and optimize operational efficiency.

How You'll Make An Impact :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for technology solutions.
• Assess the current processes and technology tools to identify gaps or opportunities for improvement based on business needs.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions (such as apps, AI platforms, and automation tools) to address internal business challenges.
• Design the technical architecture for integrating selected external solutions, including mapping interfaces, defining security protocols, planning infrastructure changes, and documenting integration steps.
• Oversee the pilot and rollout of new technology solutions, ensuring technical soundness, scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Compensation : The estimated base salary range for this position is $153,100 to $210,600 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
