Turn data-driven optimization into unforgettable digital journeys—creating lasting memories for every Prep Athlete What You’ll Do You will shape and elevate how audiences engage across digital and event touchpoints.

You will design and run A / B and multivariate tests in Optimizely to drive improvements in conversion, engagement, and pricing.

You will research and recommend innovative content formats and interactive features that boost user acquisition and retention while maintaining a consistent brand voice.

You will support the rollout and QA of customer-facing web features, ensuring accessibility and performance standards are met.

You will also contribute to the development of customer journey maps and leverage tools like Braze, HotJar, and Clarity to uncover UX issues and provide actionable insights.

Finally, you will help streamline the Audience & Experience Web Development Queue by ensuring tasks are clearly documented and supported with QA requirements.

Core Responsibilities Experimentation.

Design and execute A / B and multivariate tests using Optimizely to improve conversion, engagement, and pricing effectiveness across digital and event touchpoints.

Innovation.

Research and recommend best-in-class content presentation and interactive features to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention while maintaining brand voice.

Quality Assurance.

Manage QA and assist with the rollout and maintenance of customer-facing web features, identifying bugs and ensuring consistency and accessibility adherence.

User Insights.

Support the development and upkeep of Customer Journey Maps and analyze behavior using tools like Braze, HotJar, and Clarity to identify UX issues and surface actionable insights.

Collaboration.

Assist with the Audience and Experience Web Dev Queue, ensuring tasks are well-documented with clear QA requirements.

Must-Haves in a Candidate Analytical and Data-Driven.  Proven ability to uncover insights from user behavior, surveys, and testing tools to inform impactful decisions.

A Strategic Thinker.  Design and execute experiments that directly improve key business metrics like conversion, engagement, and retention.

Operationally Excellent.   Ability to manage and optimize workflow and web development queues to ensure tasks are well-documented and delivered efficiently.

Detail-Oriented.  Possesses a meticulous eye for quality to ensure every feature rollout, campaign, and user touchpoint adheres to brand and accessibility standards.

A Strong Collaborator.  Capable of influencing cross-functional teams with data-backed recommendations and introducing best-in-class UX and content practices.

Nice-to-Haves in a Candidate TMarTech & Analytics Tools.

Experience with platforms like Braze, HotJar, Clarity, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo to drive personalized engagement and uncover user insights.

Technical & Design Fluency.

Familiarity with front-end basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and a strong eye for UX / UI to collaborate effectively with developers and designers.

Operational Excellence.

Experience using collaboration tools like Slack and Asana, with exposure to frameworks such as EOS / Traction to streamline workflows and team alignment.

Problem-Solving & Collaboration.

Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and cross-functional priorities.

Education & Passion.

A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and enthusiasm for sports, events, or athlete development to better connect with Prep Network’s mission.

  • Targeted salary is $65,000 to $72,000.
