The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations, growth, and profitability of the region to ensure the desired results are consistent with our client's goals and objectives.
What You'll Do : Operations :
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission. Deploy strategies and tactics to attain short and long term financial and mission critical goals producing sustainable growth.
- Coach and lead executive / brand directors, sharing best practices and developing top talent. Provide day-to-day leadership to a rapidly growing region that delivers on the mission, vision, and core values of the Company.
- Provide leadership support, tools, and guidance to operations experiencing performance issues and / or administrative vacancies.
- Create, manage, and report on performance against an annual budget, with clear initiatives and quarterly milestones to obtain goals.
- Implement strategies to foster and maintain relationships with individuals receiving services, families, and guardians. Foster a safe, service-oriented, accountable environment that operates in compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Proactively anticipate and prevent challenges that could result in customer dissatisfaction or failure to deliver contracted services.
- Ensure that services / supports provided to individuals are of the highest quality
Compliance / Administration :
Ensures compliance with regulations as defined by the State of Kentucky Department for Medicaid Services, Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual DisabilitiesReview and recommend policies and procedures to enhance program efficiency.Ensure staff are trained in systems, standard processes, company policies and procedures and all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant.Ensure contract deliverables are met or exceeded, and services are provided efficiently and effectively.Oversee internal and external audit processes.Acquisition Diligence and Integration :
Participate in initial target calls and site visits to evaluate and identify opportunities.Support the diligence process by gaining a strong understanding of the business operations and dynamics.Seek resolution with unique integration challenges and support continual refinement to improve integration strategies for future transactions.Work jointly with leadership to solve complex, cross-functional operational issues, creatively.Utilize Microsoft Teams to track and manage diligence plans and activities, integration plans and activities, communication, and document storage.Directly interface with corporate leaders to ensure alignment with organizational strategies & objectives.EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE :
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.5+ years of healthcare services, human services, or related industry experience.5+ years of progressive operational leadership in a high-growth environment, with proven ability to drive growth and effectively manage systems, processes, and people.Ability to work in a hybrid environment. The needs of the business will determine the week-by-week structure.
