Position Overview / Responsibilities for the HR Business Partner :
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to facilitate succession planning and workforce development.
- Conduct regular meetings with business units to provide HR guidance and support.
- Address complex employee relations issues, ensuring thorough and objective investigations.
- Offer performance management guidance, including coaching and career development.
- Partner with the legal department to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Required Skills for HR Business Partner :
Over 5 years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally within healthcare settings.Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.Ability to interpret and apply employment laws and organizational policies effectively.What's in it for you?
