CNC Programmer – 1st Shift (6 : 30am-1 : 30pm)
Hatfield, PA | Full-Time (Direct Hire) | $38-40 / hr
B&G Manufacturing Co., Inc. is growing and looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. We’ve been proudly family-owned for three generations, and today we’re investing in new technology, training, and talent to keep pushing forward.
What You’ll Do
- Program CNC lathes and mills from blueprint to first article.
- Support operators with setups, program changes, and troubleshooting.
- Train team members on machining techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering to resolve print / design issues.
- Apply expertise in tooling, materials, and multi-axis programming.
