  • Digital Resourcing for Empowerment, Access, and Modernization (DREAM Team) Reports To : Managing Director, Digital Infrastructure & Innovation Classification : Full Time Support Location : Campus-Based & Central Office Support (as assigned)   Role Mission The Manager, IT Access & Support ensures that every Rocky Mountain Prep (RMP) student and staff member experiences seamless, reliable access to technology.
  • This role strengthens RMP’s digital infrastructure and service culture by advancing operational readiness, supporting data systems, and improving user experiences across the network.
  • The role combines digital access and school support services.    The Opportunity As part of RMP’s DREAM Team, the Manager, IT Access & Support bridges the gap between technology services and data operations to empower educators and staff with the tools they need to excel.
  • This opportunity combines hands-on IT service management with strategic data coordination to create efficient, people-centered systems.
  • In this role, you’ll lead helpdesk and onsite IT functions while managing SIS integration and rostering processes across RMP schools.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high standards of data integrity, reliability, and customer service excellence.   Key Responsibilities   IT Helpdesk & Onsite Support (40%) Respond to and resolve Level 1–2 helpdesk tickets via Freshdesk with high service standards and 95% SLA compliance.
  • Deliver in-person support at campuses for device issues, login challenges, and classroom technology troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate device distribution and refresh cycles, ensuring accuracy in labeling, configuration, and inventory.
  • Maintain functionality of key classroom tools including interactive panels, docks, and wireless access points.
  • Model strong customer service and communicate technical guidance clearly to a variety of end users.   SIS Support, Integration & Rostering (60%) Act as the primary point of contact for SIS troubleshooting and data resolution needs at the school level.
  • Coordinate SIS setup and yearly rollover in collaboration with the NST Data & Assessment team to ensure clean transitions and accurate data.
  • Manage rostering and secure data transfers between SIS and academic systems (e.g., Clever, Illuminate, Google Workspace, Canvas).
  • Maintain documentation of system integrations, limitations, and sync workflows.

Collaborate on automation efforts to improve data quality, syncing efficiency, and support practices.   All Network Support Team Staff at Rocky Mountain Prep Will :

  • Build schedules around school needs and respond flexibly to the daily realities of school support.

  • Participate in network-wide initiatives, professional development, and recruitment efforts.   Education Requirements 1–2 years of experience in IT support or SIS / data systems, ideally in a K–12 school environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Chrome OS, and common EdTech tools.
  • Familiarity with SIS platforms such as Infinite Campus, Clever, and experience with rostering or data transfers.   Other Requirements Solutions-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional support needs with professionalism and urgency.
  • Capacity to communicate effectively with diverse user groups, including school-based staff and leadership.   Compensation and Benefits Salary :

  • This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a salary range of $60,000–$77,000.
