IRRIGATION GOLF COURSE SITE SUPERINTENDENT Location : Various job sites across the U.S. Type : Full-Time Salary : a total package of $150 K approximately This position falls specifically within the fields of earthwork, excavation, landscaping, civil works, drainage, and irrigation—areas in which practical expertise is highly sought after. The person in this role ensures quality execution, optimal management of human and material resources, site safety, as well as compliance with standards, client requirements, and project deadlines. We're seeking a motivated Site Superintendent who thrives in the field, leads with confidence, and brings technical know-how to life on the green. What you will do : As Irrigation Site Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring top-quality work is delivered on time and on budget. We are looking for someone who is willing to travel all across U.S . You'll lead crews, manage subcontractors, and be the key link between clients, foremen, and project managers. Main Responsibilities : Lead start-up and safety meetings Supervise and coordinate site activities and teams Maintain strong communication with clients and staff Track schedules, budgets, and materials Approve daily reports, billings, and subcontractor work Attend site and operation meetings Support foremen and conduct performance evaluations What We’re Looking For : 6+ years of site or construction management (golf / sports field experience is a strong asset) Solid knowledge of reading plans / specs Experience at installing both Toro and Rainbird systems Bilingual skills in English and Spanish Tech-savvy with Excel and Word Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure Willingness to travel frequently across the United-States Why Work with Us Be part of elite golf course projects Great team culture and growth opportunities Competitive salary Work that takes you places Employment Type : Full Time Years Experience : 5 - 10 years Salary : $100,000 - $150,000 Annual Bonus / Commission : No
