Position Purpose :
Manage the client's Faxcom system, manage end-user requests and issues promptly, correlating related issues and solutions.
Education / Experience :
A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field. Requires 4 - 6 years of related electronic faxing experience.
Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Technical Skills :

Responsibilities :
1. Review, troubleshoot, assign end-user issues and requests, and respond or resolve in a timely manner.
2. Track and follow up on reported issues or requests and update the end-user.
3. Manage daily Faxcom system checks and review team documentation, notes, and learned processes to ensure the health of Faxcom system.
Requesting an intermediate to advanced electronic faxing support engineer.
Manages end-user requests and issues in a timely manner, correlating related issues and solutions.
Support the client's growing enterprise Faxcom system.
A highly collaborative, experienced team of engineers frequently work with surrounding technologies and services supporting Faxcom to resolve issues.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00 / hr.
