Schedule :
Must be flexible to work an assigned schedule between 7 : 00 am to 9 : 00 pm, Monday-Thursday, 7 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm, Fridays, and 9 : 00 am to 7 : 00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays. The schedule may include 2 weekday shifts paired with every other weekend or 3-4 weekday shifts paired with one weekend day per week. The average hours worked per week is 20 hours.
Education & Experience :
Candidates preferred to have a minimum of a High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED), one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ability to speak multiple languages is preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements / Lifting Requirements :
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push / pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation. Sedentary work - exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and / or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. Roles are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Scheels cares about the health and safety of our Associates.
