Lead Data Scientist

A company is looking for a Lead Data Scientist to drive the architectural design and implementation of advanced analytics and machine learning solutions for healthcare claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of advanced machine learning and AI solutions for complex healthcare data challenges

Develop and implement scalable data pipelines and analytical workflows to support enterprise-level predictive modeling initiatives

Provide strategic leadership for the design and architecture of advanced machine learning and AI solutions across complex healthcare data environments

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; 8 years with a Master's degree; or 5 years with a PhD

8+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and predictive analytics

Expert level proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

Strong experience with cloud-based ML platforms and services

Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring technical teams
