What You\'ll Do
As Product Owner, Senior Manager for Meeting Rooms & Hybrid (MRH), you will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of BCG\'s global meeting room experience, ensuring seamless, secure, and hybrid-optimized collaboration across offices worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver MRH squad priorities aligned to the Digital Collaboration Portfolio vision and Modern Work Experience strategy
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of meeting room products (Zoom Room admin tools, Microsoft Teams Rooms - MTR, Cisco, Poly, Logitech Sync, NeatPulse, booking panels, etc.), ensuring stability, scalability, and user adoption
- Drive AV refresh planning, optimization, and cost management, ensuring all offices align to BCG’s “Proven Offering” standards
- Partner with the Virtual Meeting Experience squad to create unified experiences across physical rooms, hybrid environments, and virtual platforms
- Translate user needs, feedback, and adoption metrics into actionable product decisions, obsessing over inclusive, intuitive, and consistent hybrid collaboration experiences
- Collaborate with Engineering, Change & Communications, QA, and Support to ensure seamless rollouts and ongoing reliability
- Manage vendors and external partners, evaluating usability, performance, and cost-effectiveness
- Champion security and governance, embedding risk, compliance, and accessibility principles into every solution
- Act as the servant leader for the MRH squad, empowering engineers, analysts, Scrum Lead, and chapter partners to deliver at speed and scale
What You\'ll Bring
8-10+ years of progressively responsible work experienceBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced professional degree strongly preferredStrong experience with enterprise conferencing and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams, Cisco, Logitech, Poly, Neat)Proven track record driving hybrid meeting strategies, physical AV lifecycle management, and integrations between in-room and virtual toolsHands-on Agile leadership experience, backlog management (Jira), and a strong servant-leader mindsetAgile certification (PSPO, CSPO, or equivalent) strongly preferredExperience partnering across architecture, data analytics, UX, security, and change management functionsVendor management experience including feature evaluation, roadmap influence, and contract oversightSecurity-conscious mindset with proven collaboration alongside compliance / governance teamsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across global teamsComfort navigating distributed, hybrid workplaces with stakeholders across time zones and functionsWho You'll Work With

For US locations only. In the US, compensation transparency applies. Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a market-leading benefits package.
Base salary range in the US begins at $140,000 and goes up to $163,333.33 in higher-cost regions; precise ranges vary by location and experience. Total compensation may include a bonus of up to 20% and a retirement contribution starting at 5% (and moving to 10% after 2 years).
All plans provide comprehensive coverage, including zero-dollar health premiums for employees and dependents, low copays, dental and vision benefits, gym reimbursement, fully vested Profit Sharing Retirement Fund contributions, paid parental leave, extensive PTO, and paid sick time as needed.
