Provider Enrollment Team Lead

A company is looking for a Team Lead, Provider Enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee issue resolution for the provider education process regarding application completion and submission

Coordinate training activities for the onshore and offshore provider enrollment team

Monitor and analyze productivity, providing feedback on quality assurance processes for offshore staff

Required Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent required

4 years of provider enrollment experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and CAQH

Billing knowledge and experience preferred

Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work
