Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) - School-Based | Cedar Park & Austin, TX Start Date : ASAP | End Date : May 23, 2026 Schedule : Monday-Friday | 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM | 37 Hours / Week Modality : In-Person Only | Therapy-Focused Role Grade Levels : K-12

We are hiring two Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants to provide school-based therapy services for students across all grade levels. These positions are strictly therapy-focused and will support students at designated campuses in Cedar Park and Austin, TX. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities :

Deliver speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed SLP

Conduct treatment sessions and assist with documentation

Collaborate with educators and school teams to support student progress

Maintain compliance with all professional and district standards

Minimum Requirements :

Associate's degree from an SLPA program or bachelor's degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders

Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience

Current SLPA certification / licensure in Texas

One year of prior SLPA experience preferred

TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray (if applicable)

Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age

One SLPA at Cedar Park

One SLPA at Austin
