Heal.me is a marketplace and SaaS platform for holistic practitioners. More than 4,000 practitioners use our platform today, and we’ve raised over $3M from early investors in Calm, Headspace, Uber, and MindBody. Our mission : to make wellness primary care.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support, engage, and retain our growing community of holistic practitioners after they complete their initial onboarding .
This is a hybrid role that combines customer support , proactive success outreach , and retention work . You’ll answer questions and resolve issues, but you’ll also help practitioners succeed on our platform, encourage deeper adoption of our tools, and step in when someone is considering canceling to help them stay and grow with Heal.me.
This role is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, cares deeply about customer outcomes, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment where every interaction impacts the company’s growth.
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support
Proven experience helping customers adopt products, solve problems, and stay engaged
Strong written and spoken English communication skills (Spanish a plus)
A proactive, self-starting attitude — you don’t just wait for tickets, you look for ways to help

Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with a distributed team
$3,000 – $4,000 / month (depending on experience and location)
3x / week team breathwork sessions
Holidays + 15 days PTO
