The Licensed therapist will provide clinical therapeutic services to children, and adolescents, with an identified behavioral or mental health diagnosis. Services are provided with a person-centered approach as well as family sessions utilizing goal specific interventions.

Responsibilities :

• Provides quality psychotherapeutic and discharge planning services to all consumer populations and their families.
• Provides assessment, group treatment, family therapy, and discharge planning.
• Serves as a member of interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy.
• Provide crisis intervention as needed
• Participate in Child, Family and Team Meetings
• Collaborate with a broader team of physicians, psychologists, and nurses to assess and adjust treatment plans
• Coordinate and communicate with case managers and other stakeholders about treatment and care
• Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide counseling and support for individuals with autism, special needs, gender issues, substance use, sexualized behaviors and other specific concerns.
• Provides quality psychotherapeutic and discharge planning services to all consumer populations and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
