The Operations Coordinator will support both operational and clinical functions within our practice, combining EHR management, PCM program oversight, and direct support for providers with occasional clinical tasks. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse who wants to leverage their clinical background while expanding into healthcare operations. The Operations Coordinator will also assist with spirometry testing and other ad hoc clinical tasks to ensure seamless care delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain the EHR system, including troubleshooting, user support, and coordinating with vendors for upgrades or issues.Support the PCM program by monitoring adherence to protocols, ensuring accurate documentation, and assisting with process improvements.Develop, maintain, and distribute operational reports to support leadership decision-making.Perform data audits for documentation integrity, visit completion, and billing accuracy.Serve as a first point of contact for provider and staff operational questions related to workflows, scheduling, and documentation.Assist in onboarding new APPs (NPs / PAs) and staff with operational workflows, particularly within SNF settings.Collaborate with the Operations team to identify workflow gaps and recommend process improvements.Help implement operational initiatives such as dashboards, protocol rollouts, and training programs.Maintain up-to-date operational SOPs and documentation.Provide clinical support including spirometry testing and other ad hoc tasks as neededProvide project support and follow-up to ensure accountability for leadership-driven initiatives.Assist with scheduling and coordination for operational meetings, trainings, and other team activities.Why Join Us :
