A company is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician - Start of Care.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
Process prescription information with speed and accuracy while performing claim adjudication duties
Serve as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals for patient care issues
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or GED
Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
Certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or National Health Association (NHA)
Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
