iWorld Professionals is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our client a growing national construction company with an office in Concord NC. This is an onsite position.
Construction Project Manager Position Summary : This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career Project Manager to lead smaller-scale projects and gain hands-on experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractorswhile learning directly from senior leadership.
Construction Project Manager :
- Assist in planning and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress, uphold safety, and maintain documentation
- Prepare estimates, schedules, budgets, and progress reports
- Support the Senior Project Manager in resolving challenges and maintaining client satisfaction
Construction Project Manager Requirements :
