Office Administrator
The Office Administrator will provide general office support with various clerical activities and related tasks.
Key Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with office supply vendors.
- Maintain the cleanliness of common areas of the office that are not cleaned by the building's cleaning crew.
- Watering plants around the office.
- Submitting work requests and tickets to building management.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports.
- Assist with and organize employee engagement activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Coordinate travel and entertainment arrangements for staff when requested.
- Assist with tasks related to client management, including but not limited to activating / disabling features, setting up basic integrations, and responding to emails.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Education / Training
High School diploma or GED equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus.Required Work Experience / Skills
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant administrative roleProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracy.Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.Proactive problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervision.Preferred Work Experience / Skills
