Responsibilities

Operations : Oversee related to Cafe P&L, enforce consistency of food preparation, manage food, labor, general expense, lead and develop team, drive high standards of quality, cleanliness and safety, instill a strong work ethic, steer team in a fast-paced environment, mitigate and facilitate employee relations.

Guest Relations : Drive dynamic dining experience, facilitate a sense of being part of the family!, table touches - get to know the customer, look for feedback to enhance over all operations, mitigate customer complaint.

Community : Establish hometown spirit, foster involved in local events, participate in charities and clubs, support local chamber of commerce, capitalize on local catering.

Skills / Qualifications

Solid restaurant management experience, operational excellence, leader not a manager, ability to build and develop team, communication - written and spoken, financial savvy - ability to deal with numbers and increase profitability, team player and hard worker, strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, ability to acquire Alcohol Service Certification and Food Manager Certification, ability to physically participate in a fast-paced environment in day-to-day operations (front and back of house) for periods up to 10-12 hours per day, eligible to work in the United Statesall applicants are subject to our E-Verify processing, no sponsorship opportunities, must be 21 years of age or older.
