Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Tech) with at least one year of experience and RDCS or RCS certification for a day shift position.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the Echo Department focusing on cardiac sonography procedures
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM
  • Call required two times a week, with weekend coverage as needed
  • No floating to other units or affiliate hospitals
  • Cannot consider candidates who have been staff or perm employees at this facility or Twin Lakes in the past 10 years
  • Locals accepted at the same rate as travelers
  • Return staff not eligible within the past 10 years
  • Copy of certifications and a valid state license must be provided
  • Profile must include a PDF copy of driver’s license and SSN

    • Requirements

  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Cardiac Sonographer
  • Registered Cardiac Sonographer educational background
  • License required if applicable
  • Two professional references required for consideration
