Securities Accounting Specialist

Manage the accounting and reporting of securities transactions in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Reconcile and analyze securities accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare and review financial statements and reports related to securities activities. Collaborate with internal teams to address any discrepancies or issues in securities accounting. Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to securities transactions. Stay updated on regulatory changes impacting securities accounting and implement necessary adjustments. Provide insights and recommendations to improve accounting processes and controls for securities. Support the overall goals of the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks as needed.
