Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in managing daily operations and team supervision
- Lead by example in providing outstanding service and fostering a positive work environment
- Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and track supply usage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational policies
- Help resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Analyze performance metrics and support initiatives to meet or exceed targets
- Step in as acting manager in the absence of the General Manager
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role (restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred)Strong communication and organizational skillsProven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a teamComfortable making decisions and solving problems under pressureBasic understanding of business operations (scheduling, inventory, cash handling, etc.)Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as neededWhat We Offer
