Key Responsibilities
Support growth team with contact center strategies and perform alternative analysis of high-cost COTS products
Develop prototypes using leading technology stacks and cloud services, preferably AWS
Analyze agency requirements to tailor existing solutions without full replacement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
Experience with implementing contact center operations using COTS and cloud services
Experience with AI technologies to build automation workflows
Experience with API design, development, and implementation
Understanding of agency business needs and translating them into technical details
