What You’ll Do
- Install and program AV, lighting, shading, and control systems (Savant, Lutron, Sonos, TVs, shades, etc.).
- Deliver clean, reliable, and well-managed work that meets Springboard’s high standards.
- Solve problems on-site and ensure every detail is right—from cable terminations to perfectly tuned lights.
- Collaborate with a team that values respect, integrity, and zero ego.
