Job Type : Full-Time, Consultant (12-Month Contract)

Pay Rate : 33.00 / hour

Work Environment : 100% Onsite

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Production Schedule r with strong real-world experience in SAP and materials management to support production planning and inventory control within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring materials are available to meet production schedules while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

You’ll lead and support cross-functional teams, resolve material-related issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Lead team efforts to meet performance metrics and production goals

Execute and monitor materials operations, ensuring alignment with planning and inventory control procedures

Release production orders and maintain execution schedules

Identify and escalate supply gaps for critical products

Coordinate with purchasing, engineering, operations, and quality teams to resolve material issues

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures

Apply Operating System principles and support process improvements

Analyze inventory data and apply solutions to optimize material flow

Support project teams and contribute to strategic planning initiatives

Required Qualifications

1+ years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment

Strong SAP experience in materials planning and inventory control

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Experience pulling and analyzing data to support planning decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

In-depth experience with MRP / ERP systems

Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma , and continuous improvement methodologies

Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration

Background in materials management within aerospace or similar industries

Pay Details : 33.00 per hour
