We're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our New York Store. As a Sales Assistant at RIXO, you will be the face of our brand, providing outstanding customer service and styling advice. You will support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers while contributing to sales targets and brand success.

Key responsibilities :

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Provide expert styling advice, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain store presentation and cleanliness to the highest standards.
• Support in-store events, launches, and promotions.
• Build lasting relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with RIXO collections, trends, and brand initiatives.
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Consistently drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales through add-on opportunities with customers.
• Keep visual displays and merchandising at a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop floor and stock rooms.
• Regularly replenish and update visual merchandising to maximize sales.
