Customer Project Manager - Imaging Systems / Construction - (Iowa, E. KS, W. Illinois)

Your role as a Customer Project Manager will be to manage multiple imaging systems implementations that vary in scope, size, and complexity. Projects can include IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration. You will also be responsible for leading a team of clinical and technical resources for each project, to ensure the successful customer experience and guided by the statement of work. This position will cover the region of Eastern Kansas, Iowa, Western Illinois, and some surrounding areas.

Your role :

• Owning each project and acting as the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips "back room" organizations for each assigned project / order
• Gathering information from the customer to create project plan and provide details to internal Philips teams who support the processes throughout the value stream and answer customer requirements and questions, to include site drawings, technical specs, etc. Keeping the customer informed of project status and progress through frequent communication, in-person and virtual meetings, and written project summaries
• Coordinating with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place to execute and complete each project. Minimizing overall project cycle time and inventory, while maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring progress of the project to key timelines. Working with the customer and all involved parties, such as general contractors, project managers, architects, etc. to keep projects on track. Ensuring customer site readiness for installation of Diagnostic Imaging systems and willingness to travel up to 80% within Eastern Kansas, Iowa, Western Illinois, and surrounding areas.
• Forecasting revenue timing for assigned projects and achieving revenue target within an assigned area or group of projects.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.

Philips Transparency Details :

The pay range for this position in IA or KS is $84,000 to $133,000.

The pay range for this position in IL is $88,000 to $140,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission, or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
