Assignment Overview

Lutheran Hospital Pulmonary Critical Care is seeking multiple Locum Tenens Physicians to assist with extra volume coverage. This is an inpatient-only role with no outpatient duties. Physicians will cover a busy, high-acuity 80-bed ICU with a strong support staff in place.

Start Date : November 1, 2025

End Date : Ongoing

Schedule : 12-hour night shifts (7 pm 7 am), 7 on / 7 off

Pediatric Level : II

Department Beds : 275

Average Census : 30 patients per shift

EMR : Cerner

Supervision : Required for APPs (1 NP / PA per shift)

Support Staff : 1 RN + 1 office staff

Candidate Requirements

Board Status : BC / BE- Critical Care Medicine or Pulmonary Critical Care

Certifications Required : BLS, ACLS

License : Active Indiana license required (no IMLC accepted)

Privileges : Temporary privileges available ( days)
