Key Responsibilities
Assist the Lead Services Planner with scheduling, staffing, and completing professional learning services
Maintain accurate records in the scheduling tool and confirm service session details with customers
Coordinate logistics for service sessions and ensure timely completion of preparation and close-out activities
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in planning and coordinating professional learning or services
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple concurrent tasks
Proactive communicator with a strong customer-centric orientation
Team player committed to excellence and integrity
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
