Role Summary

The Project Manager will lead the end-to-end transition to new production facilities in the Knoxville area, including the planning, execution, and delivery of building and its operational readiness. This role is responsible for overseeing the build-out / commissioning, move coordination, and integration of production infrastructure to support enterprise manufacturing goals. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in managing moderately complex capital projects ($250K to $10M) in construction / infrastructure or industrial environments, with a focus on cost, schedule, and stakeholder alignment. The role will also support ongoing facilities operations.

All activities will be performed in support of the strategic vision and values of Kelvion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Provide comprehensive project management from preconstruction through building commissioning for the development and transition of new production facilities.
• Direct all aspects of the company’s safety culture to ensure an injury-free environment; ensure all projects comply with OSHA, NFPA, EPA, local building codes, and internal safety protocols; investigate incidents and lead preventive retraining when necessary.
• Champion Lean principles and sustainability standards throughout all project phases.
• Manage internal and external resources, including architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors, to align with the overall business plan.
