• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)

• Key Responsibilities :

In this Certified Medical Assistant role, you will :

• Perform clinical and administrative tasks to support physicians and nurses in an outpatient setting
• Take and record vital signs, patient histories, and assist with exams and procedures
• Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed
• Prepare and clean exam rooms between patients
• Handle specimen collection and lab test preparation
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system
• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and provide patient education
• Certified Medical Assistant Requirements :
• Active
• CMA Certification
• (CCMA or equivalent) Required
• Minimum
• 3 years of experience
• as a Certified Medical Office Assistant
• Prior
• phlebotomy and outpatient clinic experience
• strongly preferred
