Pennsylvania Licensed Nurse Manager

A company is looking for an Independent Review Nurse Manager responsible for overseeing clinical independent review operations and strategic growth of IRO contracts.

Key Responsibilities :

Build, mentor, and manage a team of independent review nurses, including hiring and performance evaluations

Conduct independent clinical reviews of medical records and prepare written summaries and recommendations

Partner with leadership to develop strategies for growing the IRO and track key performance indicators

Required Qualifications :

Master's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or a related field

At least 5 years of clinical experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within an IRO or health plan's medical review department

Proven experience in building and managing operational processes and teams

Expertise in clinical guidelines and healthcare regulations

Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
