Answer emails and help tickets from offices. Provide education and training to other RCM Team Specialists. Assist other team RCM Support Specialists as needed. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Some dental office experience preferred but not required. Basic MS Office, typing, email, calculator use, some spreadsheet knowledge. Multitasking and the ability to complete repetitive tasks in a timely manner. Dental insurance coding familiarity. Attention to detail. Basic accounting and ledger knowledge preferred but not required. Standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods, able to lift at least 20lbs.
