PrideStaff Memphis, TN is looking for a dedicated and dynamic (Bilingual) - Staffing Recruiter. If you're a natural leader with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with a starting pay of $18-$20 per hour depending on experience. It's a great opportunity for someone ready to step up and grow their career.

Responsibilities :

Associate Management : Oversee the performance and well-being of PrideStaff associates, including coaching, counseling, and addressing any workplace issues.

Bilingual Communication : Effectively communicate with and support both English and Spanish-speaking associates and client contacts.

Client Relations : Foster a strong partnership with client management, ensuring their staffing needs are met and service expectations are exceeded.

Recruitment Support : Collaborate with the PrideStaff branch team to anticipate staffing needs and assist with the onboarding process for new associates.

Problem Resolution : Act as a first point of contact for any associate or client concerns, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe working environment and ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :

Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.

Leadership Potential : A strong desire to lead and support a team, with an eagerness to learn and grow.

Communication Skills : Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Problem-Solving : Strong ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions.

Customer Service : A commitment to providing excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Computer Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Availability : Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to meet business needs.
