Jaton Mgmt. Co. LLC operates 17 Dunkin' franchise restaurants and continues to grow. We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll support various human resources functions, including onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee record management. You'll also provide administrative support to our Franchisee and Director of Operations, helping ensure smooth communication and consistent HR practices across the organization.

Responsibilities :
Human Resources Support :
- Assist with onboarding, new hire documentation, and orientation processes
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Help administer benefits, leave programs, and respond to employee inquiries
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate submission of hours and personnel changes
- Assist with compliance reporting, workers' compensation, and leave tracking (FMLA, EST, ACA / ESR)
- Contribute to developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Coordinate training sessions, HR communications, and company updates
Administrative & Team Support :
Provide administrative support to the Franchisee and Director of OperationsManage and organize HR files (digital and physical) with attention to confidentialityCollaborate with managers and team members to ensure consistency and efficiency in HR practicesMaintain professionalism and discretion with sensitive informationContribute to a positive, team-driven work environmentQualifications :
2+ years of experience in human resources or office administrationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team-player mindsetStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with QuickBooks or payroll systems a plusKnowledge of HR laws, policies, and compliance requirements preferredAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with othersAssociate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, or a related field preferredJoin Us :
