We're looking for a highly capable Process Excellence Owner to take full accountability for the design, governance, and continuous improvement of one or more critical end-to-end enterprise processes.

This isn't a passive documentation role; it's an active ownership position where you'll define the process strategy, drive performance, and ensure our processes deliver maximum value-improving efficiency, effectiveness, compliance, and customer experience across the Group.

You will be the single point of accountability for your assigned processes, collaborating closely with Business, IT, and outsourced service partners to ensure alignment and superior performance.

What do we need from you

Now let's talk about you :

We are looking for an experienced process practitioner with a blend of technical capability in addition to :

Proven expertise in SAP Signavio or similar process management platforms.

Demonstrated capability with industry-standard process modelling frameworks (BPMN 2.0, BPML, EPC, APQC PCF, etc.).

Experience working effectively within an outsourced service model environment.

Experience in Retail, FMCG, and Hospitality industries (desirable)

Experience in large-scale corporate environments, particularly with IT-enabled transformations (desirable)

Exposure to formal governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks (desirable)
