Experienced Litigation Attorney Needed for Senior Role with Client Firm

Our client firm is seeking experienced and qualified litigation attorneys to join their team in a senior role. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience and a proven track record.  The ideal candidate will have expertise in analyzing and handling complex commercial litigation, including partnership and corporate governance disputes, real estate litigation, title insurance, professional liability, class action defense, and surety, fidelity, and construction.

Furthermore, excellent pretrial skills, including conducting and responding to discovery, legal research and writing, and preparing legal pleadings, motions, and statements is highly preferred.

Essential Requirements :

• At least 5 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Extensive knowledge of reviewing and analyzing commercial general liability and product liability policies, negotiating with insurance carriers, developing litigation strategies, and participation in all aspects of commercial litigation.
• Previous experience at a top law firm or sophisticated litigation boutique.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
