In This Role, You Will

• Represent clients in all phases of divorce and family law litigation, including contested matters
• Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other court documents with precision
• Conduct legal research, depositions, and discovery
• Attend court hearings, pre-trial conferences, and trials
• Collaborate with clients to develop case strategies and provide sound legal guidance
• Negotiate settlements and manage high-conflict or emotionally charged cases with professionalism and care
• Work closely with support staff and other attorneys to ensure seamless case progression
