A company is looking for an Account Manager (CSM) to serve as a trusted post-onboarding partner and advisor to customers.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts by overseeing post-implementation needs, including ongoing training, support, and contract renewals
Identify growth opportunities and potential risks within accounts, developing effective solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to represent the voice of the customer in strategic decisions
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience managing a book of business in a SaaS or tech environment
Proven track record of expanding and retaining customer accounts with experience in negotiating renewal contracts
Customer-facing experience with technology products in slow-adopting industries is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a proactive mindset
Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Notion, and Intercom is a plus
