Austco is seeking a driven and dynamic Territory Manager to join our growing team in the US! Preferred candidates will live in the following locations :
- Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota and Missouri. We have the need for a presence in these states, before we will consider those residing in the DFW area.
This remote, direct sales position is focused on driving new business initiatives and expanding Austco’s market presence in the Midwest Territory in the United States. The Territory Manager will be required to travel up to 50% of the time in the assigned territory, including occasional travel to the corporate office in Irving, TX, as needed.

Primary Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve aggressive growth targets within the territory.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand customer base.Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partner channels to optimize sales performance and drive mutual success.Build and maintain relationships with assigned Influencer Channel organizations in order to increase Austco’s brand in the market.Partner with colleagues on sales strategies, team building activities, client engagement and learning and development opportunities.Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new market opportunities and adjust strategies as needed.Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, ensuring their needs are met to foster long-term partnerships.Execute Territory Sales Plan, inclusive of monthly / quarterly / annual objectives / KPI’s in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets.Opportunistically target, develop, and maintain relationships with IDN’s (Integrated Delivery Networks) and GPO’s (Group Purchasing Organizations) in order to meet or exceed annual territory sales targets.Document all customer and prospect interactions in Austco’s CRM system (Zoho).Prepare and provide updates of annual Territory Sales Plan to Sales Director on a monthly basis.Ensure cross-functional communication to provide necessary support to assigned customers.Report any and all customer concerns to appropriate Austco team members.Requirements / Experience / Skills
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; Nurse-Call industry is strongly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing is preferred.A background in clinical healthcare sales is a must-have.Experience with low-voltage systems is a plus.Strong direct sales skills with a proven track record.Excellent relationship building and consultative selling skills.Experience in planning, developing, and executing effective direct sales strategies.Extensive CRM usage and competency (Austco currently uses Zoho).Proficiency in software solutions sales.Ability to read and analyze floor plans and RFPs for accuracy in quoting purposes.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail is key.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Customer-first mentality.Consistent and clear cross-functional communication.Team-player, yet the ability to work autonomously on a regular basis.Self-motivated to achieve, win and excel.Benefits Overview-USCompetitive salary, depending on experienceCommission potential, depending on KPI’s, sales goals, etc.Generous healthcare plans including, but not limited to Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, and a Company Wellness Program401k contributions and 401k company matchEmployee paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Accidental Insurance, Life Insurance, etc.Paid company holidays, sick days & vacation daysTeam Lunches and Happy HoursRelaxed dress code (while in office)Austco Healthcare provides equal employment opportunities to all persons.
