Duties

• To provide a warm, nurturing, and safe learning environment that encourages children to explore and grow.
• To direct the children and encourage them in their daily activities.
• To promote positive behavior and good social skills with the children by applying consistent techniques following licensing standards
• To develop a cooperative and supportive attitude within the school and maintain good communication with parents, teacher assistants, and the Director
• To implement an intercultural curriculum that meets the social, physical, and emotional needs of a child
• To maintain a classroom environment that upholds the Reggio philosophy
