First Care Medical is hiring : Graphic Designer in Phoenix

Were on the lookout for a strong, curious marketing designer to join our First Care Medical Professional in-house creative team. Youll be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design for everything from promotional emails, to direct mail, to video. This role requires a skilled, meticulous, and motivated individual who can partner not only with fellow creatives, but also cross-functional marketing partners.

What Youll Do

Produce work that resonates with our customers and continues to raise the bar for our brand

Execute promotional and brand-building campaigns across a number of channels - from site to social and beyond

Collaborate with creative peers, leadership, and marketing partners to ensure concept and execution meet business objectives

Stay organized and self-motivated to produce work in a fast-paced atmosphere

Be a vocal contributor, an organized team player, and a lover of interior design

What Youll Need

1+ years of relevant experience in an agency or studio environment

Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design, visual communication, or related field preferred

Familiarity with social media, including art direction & editing experience

Ability to work in figma, as well as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

An analytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problems

Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem-solving skills

A genuine and proactive interest in the latest design, art, and technology trends

An enthusiastic and flexible work ethic with a sense of humor(!)
