Job Summary

Our client, a full-service engineering consulting firm with expertise in heavy industrial engineering for clients in the chemical, pulp and paper, and consumer goods markets, is currently seeking a Structural Designer to support projects at their office in Springboro, OH. The Structural Designer will work alongside our client's team members to execute designs for various projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and documentation of structural systems for industrial facilities including floor and roof loading design, repair and / or modification
  • Develop foundations for buildings and process equipment
  • Design loading docks, monorails, piping supports, platforms and mezzanines, railroad / railcar access
  • Design retention walls / structures and storage tanks / containment structures
  • Knowledge of related building materials : concrete, wood, steel

Qualifications

  • AutoCAD experience

    • Job Details

  • Job Type : Contract (Part-time) 10-30 hours / week
  • Location : Springboro, OH

    • Pay

    Base pay range : $40.00 / hr - $60.00 / hr. This range is provided by Gus Perdikakis Associates. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.
