• You will support both patients and the dental team by performing front office responsibilities with professionalism and care.
• Greet and assist patients in person and over the phone.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits.
• Post patient and insurance payments accurately.
• Review treatment plans with patients and provide clear communication regarding next steps.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
